This is a story of rivalry between two sisters, Tapur and Tupur, who are constantly at loggerheads. The main conflict between the two sisters is their attitude towards life. While the elder one Tapur holds her values in highest regards, her younger sibling Tupur believes in the power of money. Tupur gets married to a rich industrialist Parijat Sen and incidentally Tapur ends up marrying her sister's brother-in-law, Sandeep. They both now find themselves under the same roof and the story moves forward as Tupur tries to ruin any chance of Tapur leading a happy married life.
