Produced by Jisshu & Nelanjana Sengupta under the banner of Blue Waters Pictures, Dancing Stars is directed by Tarun Chopra who has also directed STAR Jalsha's ambitious project Swayamwar.

Dancing Stars is not just a dance reality show but a platform that offers an opportunity to its participants to accomplish their dreams. The show will showcase the dreams of the participants, their aspirations, their struggle to accomplish to achive their ambitions and dreams- In true sense a dance of power.

The show will bring together 8 talented beauties with different dreams and goals but one common factor - their passion for dance. How dance, a fine art form, will help them chisel their path to success will unfold with each episode of the show.

The 8 ravishing dancing divas in this show are Piyali Paul, Sushmita Sarkar, Moumita Pal, Teethlee Gangulee, Sadhana Hazra, Aakanksha Kanjilal, Mayurakshi & Shreyashi Samanta - who will engaged in a dance tussle to prove their excellence. Actor Tota Roy Choudhury, who is famous for his dancing skills and Komolika Guha Thakurta, a trained classical dancer will judge these talented dancers each week. Starting with the fire-cracking performance by the celebrity judges & the host; gradually the show will unfold the talents of the participants through various dance forms - making it a spectacular show.
